<p>Traditional Chinese medicine is 2000 years old system of medicine, gynecology, and has its own specialties. Within China, gynecology, menopausal syndrome, is a recognized and treatable condition. Chinese doctors may use acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine, or both to treat symptoms of menopause. Both methods, doctors are trying to nourish and supplement the liver and kidneys, increase and strengthen the spleen qi, nourish the heart and peace of mind, a clear pathogenic heat and lowering of yang energy, in order to restore the &#8216; balance of the entire body of the woman.</p>
<p>According to Chinese medical theory, menopause occurs when, due to the natural process of aging, a woman&#8217;s body no longer produces enough blood to sustain a monthly period, without loss of blood is draining from your body and in particular the kidneys, Chinese medicine believes that the root organ of life and longevity. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I read an interesting discussion of vitamin K2 and the bones, the other day that reminded me once again of confusion, which is surrounded by vitamin K. There are different forms of vitamin K (vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 vitamin K3).<br />
Most people have heard of vitamin K1 and its role in helping the sweetest avoid bleeding to death. The good news is that even though vitamin K1 did not help stop the bleeding of hemophilia, it does not cause coagulation.</p>
<p>MK-4 is the natural form &#8211; and more easily absorbed.<br />
There is also a big difference between synthetic vitamin K2 vitamin K3 and is recommended for natural bone and heart health.<br />
In bone, vitamin K2 MK-4-form, has been shown to reduce fractures and was approved by the Ministry of Health in Japan since 1995 for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Unfortunately, treatment with vitamin K2 has not been approved by the FDA for our treatment of osteoporosis. On the contrary, continue to approve bisphosphonates dangerous even after ordering a warning label that the drugs contribute to brittle bones &#8211; in October 2010.</p>
